NYC Mixing Bowl
Culinary Cooking In The Bronx
Working with Fordham University's Center for Community Engaged Learning and two of my peers, we created a cookbook with recipes from the Bronx community. I created the illustrations for the cookbook, which also included developing the feeling and look of the cookbook as well. The NYC Mixing Bowl title inspired me, and I created the bowl concept. The color scheme and illustrations came naturally after using Illustrator. The goal was to create something that visually gave the same warmth and authenticity as the recipes and people behind them. I also assisted in creating the final layouts, picking fonts, and type structure for pages outside of the recipes using InDesign.
Laudato Si Logo
I worked on creating the logo for CCEL's Laudato Si organization. On a team with two of my peers, we each developed various logos inspired by the program and what we had learned through the leader of Laudato Si. Using Illustrator, I created three different logo options and became a finalist. I then worked with my peers on the final logo and created assets for events, social media, and websites.
